Return and Refund

With Velvet girdles you have your satisfaction 100% guaranteed; buy with peace of mind and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have up to 30 days to make a change and for a refund you have 5 business days from the delivery of the product.

 

 They do not apply for changes and/or returns:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept changes of clothing and/or girdles, bras, vests, waistbands, chin guards, shorts, with any type of arrangement or personalized garments, underwear, panties, bodies, boxers, swimwear.

Changes or returns of products designed, cut or made to measure, under particular specifications or acquired through redemption of points or other promotions will not be accepted.

 

Changes

Other products different from those previously announced and that are not excluded from exchange and/or return:

The maximum term to request the change of products will be 10 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To exercise the right to change, the products must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in conditions suitable for sale (unused, not dirty, in the original packaging, catalogs, manuals and all its parts, labels attached to it) The product should not have been altered or modified by the consumer.

In no case will money be returned for exchange.

 

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE

To make a change of a product you can do it in the following way:

You can make changes and returns in our physical store Fajas Velvet [carrera 56 n 46 – 49 office 1107 Ed. Pompano] with the purchase invoice only if the product is available in the store’s inventory, otherwise, you have the option to leave the garment with the Form for Changes and Returns filled out and we will send it directly to the distribution center at no cost

In case your change is accepted, we will inform you of the balance in favor and you can choose the new product to make the change.

Keep in mind that the exchange must be made for a product of equal or greater value to that paid for the product in the initial purchase. In the event that the product for which you wish to make the change is of a higher value, you must pay the surplus of the product. The value to be recognized for exchange will be only that which corresponds to the value paid for the pledge.

Changes for lower value products: we will send you a credit note voucher for the value of your remaining balance to redeem it in our Online Store. To request the money you must do it during the 5 business days of withdrawal

Choose the product you want to make the change taking into account its availability in the store. Keep in mind that the value of the change must be the same or greater than the value initially paid.

Keep in mind that we will only accept claims related to your exchange and return procedures up to two (2) months after the process has started.

In the event that your change request is denied, the quality department will inform you of the reasons why the change is not appropriate and will return the product to you. Fajas Velvet reserves the right to change a product, according to the analysis of the conditions of each case.

NOTE: Remember that we do not make money refunds for concepts of change of merchandise.

 

 Return procedure

If you want to make a return of your product in the physical store, you can do it as long as you have the product at hand. If you still do not have it, you must wait for the delivery of your product and make the request as indicated below.

 Refund of money

To retract your purchase and request a partial or total refund of the money. Once we receive the product, we will verify that it is in the conditions required for the return and then we will start the process of returning your money as long as the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the legal term.

You have 5 working days from the delivery of the product to send it to Fajas Velvet. Print the Returns and Exchanges Form and send it with the product for a quick and easy return or exchange.

To return money to an account, you must send us an email to serviciosalcliente@fajasvelvet.com attaching a bank certification of a savings or checking account with the following information:

• Citizenship card

• Account number

The money will be returned within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, counted from the date on which the products are received and identified in our warehouse and from the receipt of the bank information, as long as the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the statutory term.

The expenses or costs that entail the return of the product to Velvet girdles will be assumed in full and without exception by the consumer.

 

NOTE: In the event that consumers return the products under the shipment against delivery modality or payment by the recipient, the product will NOT be received by the Company and the traceability, loss, care and/or recovery of the product will be the sole responsibility of the consumer. product before the transport company contracted by it.

Legal terms for processing guarantees

The guarantee of any product will be subject to a technical diagnosis and/or analysis with the aim of knowing whether or not there is a cause associated with the guarantee.

Do not forget that, if the guarantee periods are not specified in the product file and/or manual, you should know that, in the case of clothing and girdles, the guarantee period is 2 months.

When you request the review of your product, it is important that you tell us what the fault or novelty presented is.

If you do not have the invoice, provide the purchase information to manage your return or guarantee request.

All requests will be dealt with within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days following receipt.

If the product guarantee is appropriate, the repair of the defects of the good will be carried out totally free of charge. If the product does not support repair, it will be replaced.

If the product is in a different place from where it was purchased, the customer must bear the transportation costs to make the guarantee effective.

If the failure is repeated at the consumer’s choice, a new repair will be made, the price paid will be refunded or the product will be exchanged for another of the same reference.
