Return and Refund

CHANGES
  • Before making your purchase, check your size, seek assistance from our advisors. The time to make a product exchange is three (3) calendar days after receiving the product through one of our online sales channels.
  • Therefore, the company may decide whether to accept or reject an exchange request depending on the product’s condition.
  • Exchanges must be made through our online sales channel or customer service line 57 318 350 4196.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and must include its identification tag and packaging.
  • To make any type of exchange, have your physical or electronic invoice at hand.
  • Used products are not eligible for any type of exchange.
  • Initially, size exchanges are made. If the size is not available, you may request an exchange for another color of the same reference in the required size.
  • If the reference is not available in the size or color, you may exchange it for another reference. If there is a balance in favor of the customer, it must be used.
  • Only one (1) exchange per product is allowed.
  • The customer assumes all shipping costs.
  • Promotional products are not eligible for exchange.
  • You must send the garment to the address: Carrera 56 numero 46-49 bodega 1107 Edificio Pompano, Medellín Antioquia.
 
RETURNS
  • To withdraw from your purchase and request a full refund, you have five (5) business days from the receipt of the product to send it directly to VELVET FAJAS; located at Carrera 56 numero 46-49 bodega 1107 Edificio Pompano, Medellín Antioquia; applies only to catalog sales and online sales.
  • The maximum period for the refund process is seven (7) business days after the request is made.
  • For the refund, you need to send an email to info@inversionessilce.com with a bank certification of your account to deposit the money, or if you prefer, you can also send the following information: type of identification document (ID or NIT), identification number, full name of the account beneficiary, name of the financial institution, type of account (savings or checking), and account number.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and must include its identification tag and packaging.
  • Used products are not eligible for a money refund.
  • Packages with cash on delivery are not accepted.
  • Refunds are not made for products that have been modified at the customer’s request.
  • Refunds are not available for wholesale or distributor customers.
WARRANTY
  • VELVET FAJAS products are made under optimal quality standards; it is necessary to follow the recommendations for their use, care, and maintenance.
  • The product warranty period is 60 calendar days.
  • The warranty covers defects in quality of materials and manufacturing.
  • To make a warranty claim, the product must be delivered to Carrera 56 numero 46-49 bodega 1107 Edificio Pompano, Medellín Antioquia, along with the purchase invoice.
  • The quality department of VELVET FAJAS will evaluate the product within a maximum of 5 business days.
  • If inspections reveal that the product has been modified or handled in its design, manufacturing, or materials by a third party, the warranty is void.
  • If defects in quality are found in the materials or manufacturing, the affected parts will be repaired or replaced.
  • If the product has quality damage that cannot be repaired or replaced according to the quality department’s criteria, the product will be replaced.
  • Warranty claims will not be accepted if, after the quality evaluation, misuse is evident; for example, forcing the product or its components or not following the care suggestions and recommendations.
  • For hygiene and health reasons, the product must be delivered in appropriate cleaning conditions.
  • The warranty claim does not incur any additional costs for materials or labor.
